FNB can’t account for my money.

My hard earned money mysterious disappeared from my account. I call their call centre and spoke to a rude lady that transferred me to other department without even notifying me. I held on that line for close to 30 mins without response. I called *****, they said it’s not a ***** issue. Called premier banking line and they referred me back to *****. Just a useless *****ulent bank.
