FNB cannot supply statements in CSV format.

I need statements for the 2023 tax year: 1 March 2022 to 28 Feb 2023 in CSV format. I called the FNB Customer care line and was on the phone for more than 30 minutes (at my cost), being forwarded to 5 different consultants, but nobody knew how to do it. They made me click here, click here, click here and later give up - I don't know how to do it - can i forward you to the next consultant. When I asked if I can request the statements via e-mail, the answer was negative. No, you cannot request statements per e-mail. The last lady I spoke to said it is impossible to get CSV statements, via the app, the desktop, e-mail or any other channel. FNB does not produce CSV statements.

Every other bank supply statements in CSV format. Pathetic FNB cannot. HOORAH for poor service.
