FNB cannot stop debit orders!!! Or tell where they come from.

R1000 debit order, no one at FNB can tell me where it comes from or reverse it. I ask them to stop if they say they can't. What kind of crazy bank is this. I'm your client, and you cannot give me a single answer with a simple debit order; you tell me there are people outside the bank controlling it. So I have to close my account and go to another bank to stop the debit order. This is absurd! I'm livid!!
