FNB cannot protect their client accounts.

I have credit card ***** ongoing on my account for weeks now. FNB keeps on saying that it is on my virtual card and that I must cancel my card and recreate it and everything is going to be fine.

Every time I do that, the ***** just keep on going on again. FNB seems to be unable to stop these transactions from my account.
