FNB cannot open a new account in 6 weeks

After 6 weeks of trying to open a new account we have not been successful. Provided documents 4 times no proper feedback. Going through to the call center they cannot assist Gomotso, Shumail, Malcolm just to name a few. It appears that the online document submission really does not work - you never know if they have recieved your documents or not. Trying to get a supervisor or manger they simply give you another call center number. As for the BOT it really is useless it puts youthough to the wrong people every time.
