FNB CANNOT KEEP TO ARRANGEMENTS PATHETIC

i am so disgusted i hardly have words, I have a personal Loan with FNB as well as a Private Banking Current account when going into the loan they ask you which day the debit order must be presented and I stated very clearly the 20th because come rain shine christmas summer winter easter sunday public holiday or not I get paid on the 20th and we had this fight previously so what do they do they present the debit order on the 17th of April - reasons unknown, which is then dishonoured due to insifficient funds together with unpaid charges and sending me a ****py message that my account is overdrawn which would not have been the case if the just stuck to the arrangement not to mention my track record which is now gone to hell because of this
