FNB cannot help their clients...

I opened an account (Share Builder) with FNB today.

I wanted to buy shares in like Tesla, NetFlix, Coca Cola, Amazon and GoldFields.

On their shares page, there are 2 share names, under one share e.g. "TESLAC" & "TESLAQ".

I asked the lady on the call centre what it means and what the difference is, seeing as ive never bought shares before.

The lady couldnt answer my question.

But i still want to buy shares and need the answer quickly, to my question.

How do you get an answer, when your bank that you are supposed to trust with all your money...cannot assist you...?
