FNB.... Cannot help me :(

I know things have changed and the branch does not have any decision making authority to a certain extent but this has turned into a face to face call centre :( I recently wanted to apply for a loan and always had a good credit score. Found out from the loan department that one faulty entry from Vodacom on my score is preventing me from getting any credit. They cant help me even after I took this up with the credit bureau and they said they will resolve it. I have a low risk rating at the bank but they cant help me do to this.... what happened to reason... In the past they could see you never defaulted on anything and someone could help you. Even in the branch everything is via the system. The call centre referred me to the branch and the branch send applications to the centre. After banking with FNB for 30 years what felt like you were a person is turning into you are a number. Vodacom also to blame in this but then everyone knows this.

All said and done this is a all round issue and not FNB's fault. although the listings on the credit bureau are too easily added and can ruin your credit and get you in a tight spot even if it was a faulty listing. Just feels like that personal touch has been lost :(
