FNB cannot handle ***** even when forewarned

Reported PENDING ***** to them. Cards cancelled. My accounts frozen without informing me this will be done. Just for pending transactions to go through 3-4 days AFTER I reported it. I am now on 30 working days and I get sent from one person to another. There are 3 people working on secure chat named Bongiwe. They are all of no use and arrogant. Also, secure chat stinks. I am allowed 1 minute to type while they have all the time in the world. I am changing banks. FNB rots!!!
