FNB cannot give me a statement which they have failed to send out monthly as promised

We are on week four were FNB can not provide me with a statement. They have created all types of complaint identities like *** to try and give statements. It’s quite infuriating.

The most that I have got from it’s tweeter eye is I will escalate this. I should imagine it’s layer on layer to get me a statement!!!!!
