FNB Cannot find people to help me in their own organiszation

I have been contacting FNB for the last 2 weeks to speak to someone who can help me with my Petro Card Account. All the numbers I have been given does not lead to the people in the organization that deals with this account. All I get told is that it is a stand alone account and then I get transferred to another person who tells me the same thing. The last call I placed last week to Customer Care, the person also could not find anyone for me t talk to. She then promised me that she would find someone and call me back in 2 hours, that was on Friday 25 August 2023 and today is Monday 28 August 2023.
