FNB cannot even reverse what I did not approve

<p>Fnb credit card put me on consolidation which I was happy with.</p> <p>Then someone called me stating that special arrangement would be better and I agreed. But they did not even tell me that I cannot use my card again or that my name would be on ITC.</p> <p>So I email them back the same day to reverse the special arrangement and make it consolidation due to the premium being the same and they say they cannot. </p> <p>So I have to be on ITC for some thing I am innocent of.</p> <p>Please help me reverse my credit card back to consolidation </p>
