Fnb cannot deliver

I have been trying to close 1 of my business accounts for a while now but it seems that fnb cannot survive without tbat accounts monthly installment, i have tried on secure chat with no success then i went ini the branch in Jeffreys Bay and was told that the person doing businesses banking will contact me or close the account as the agent gave the full instuction and no success. This is not the first time strugeling with fnb but its now at the point where i have start considering moving over to a diffrent bank
