FNB cannot debit on the correct date

Not only do none of their phone numbers work, they also LOVE debiting me earlier than my debit date.

I've had money come of my account on the 23rd, the 24th and every single month its taken off before my set debit date of the 25th. Even though I have phoned and fixed my date to the 25th this keeps happening.

Now I receive a wonderful warning that my account is overdrawn. Congratulations on convincing me to move banks FNB!
