FNB cannot be contacted

There is no way to contact FNB if you have an issue. I had one today at my local supermarket, my credit card has two pins, and the app only shows me one of the pins. The card machine would not accept it. FNB does not answer any forms of communication, none. I was stuck at the till and unable to pay my groceries.
