FNB CANNOT assure me my account is secure and does not care

Hello. Heres's THING re FNB. I have cancelled a debit order with FNB. I have also sent at least 2 e mails to FNB and just spent a VERY frustrating 30 minutes on the phone TRYING to ENSURE this company CANNOT take money off my account. FNB (an agent AND a manager) have BOTH told me that FNB CANNOT stop a company taking money from my account despite the fact that I have stopped the debit order. All the company needs to do is change the reference and they can take money off my account AGAINST MY SPECIFIC instructions. FNB CANNOT protect me or my account from unauthorised withdrawals. I find this TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I have cancelled the debit order and run the cancellation term and the company can STILL take money off as they wish and FNB WILL NOT stop them. …………….. What confidence is inspired by the security of ones finances with FNB. I have names of agent and supervisor who was only available are 15 minutes of insisting to speak to a supervisor. If you believe your money is secure with FNB, it SEEMS mine isn’t.
