FNB cannot assist with unauthorized debit order.

A unauthorized Recurring debit order going off my account and FNB cannot help by putting a block on it. Yet charge me R8.50 everytime its unpaid....tell me after repeated times i have told them the user doesn't want to stop, THAT I MUST CONTACT THEM!. Other banks can assist with such not FNB!
