FNB CANNOT ACCOUNT FOR THE MONEY MISSING IN MY ACCOUNT, DOES NOT APPEAR ON THE APP AND BANK STATEMENT

Dissatisfaction is an understatement of how I am feeling right now, I woke up to an empty bank balance and there are no transactions to lead to the missing more in my account. I then drove 25km to a fnb branch , I explained my situation and they tried to assist me until they suggested I make a call to the call center. Such utter *******, spend 24min on a call with a lady I can not recall only her explaining to me that they are aware of virtual duplicated payments on my account they are working on it, when I asked to receive something in writing be it email or sms. She said no she can’t, the communication they have is internal. I asked to speak to the team leader or supervisor, nobody was available. I then left my details for a call back, it’s not 8 hours later no phone call from the bank neither is my money in rhe bank
