Fnb Cancels telecom orders without authorisation from you

Had absolutely disgusting service from FNB and even worse service from a call centre agent. I placed an order via the FNB product shop and it was confirmed and I received a message saying it’s confirmed and they will update me via sms with courier details. A few days later I get a two calls from FNB which I missed due to being in a meeting at work and a day later I get an sms saying my order was cancelled. Tried calling the call centre and the lady says if they try to call you and you don’t answer then your order gets cancelled and there’s no way she can help me I have to order it again which I cannot do as it was a deal of the week order. This is absolutely unacceptable because how can someone’s order be cancelled without them cancelling it. I expect a call or feedback from FNB as soon as possible. Telecoms Order No. FNB***3EE6
