FNB cancelled the wrong card now I can't get hold of them.

I tried to cancel my Credit Card and followed all of their steps in their demo video then they send me message saying my debit/savings account has been cancelled which is not the account I specified. They cancelled my main account card and now I'm stuck. What on earth is this incompetence.
