FNB Cancelled Our Debt Protection Cover

My father passed away 03 November 2020. He had a credit card and personal loan with FNB, which had automatic debt protection. FNB life declined the claims as they said the policies lapsed even though my father made his monthly instalments. I want FNB to do a full investigation to see why tue policies lapsed and settle the outstanding balances.
