FNB Cancelled my Credit card account!

FNB Cancelled my Credit card account!

Last week Tuesday out of the blue I recieved a phone call from FNB to ask if I was sure I wanted to cancel my credit card account. I said absolutely not. I did not make this request and they could not tell me where it originated from. On Friday I was at the shop and low and behold my credit card had been cancelled, as well as the account dissapearing from my app

I spoke to the call centre on Friday who said it would be up and running by Saturday or someone would call me... Nothing

I phoned the Credit card division today to get the same response...Please help me urgently

How can a bank just close someones account with no instruction?! I am concerned my transactional history and my ebucks\fees will be affected as well. Please also investigate where the initial closure request came from?
