FNB Cancellation fee. Do they or don’t they?

Hi All I have a problem with FNB Homeloans. They verbally say they won’t charge an early cancellation fee, but their system and documentation still shows the amount as being outstanding. They say we will be refunded but who knows what will happen. This is causing an unnecessary delay in the transfer of this property.
