FNB CANCELATION

There most disgusting service ever. I have been requesting for my credit card account to be closed for the past 2 weeks. Sies. I am been transferred from one department to the next. Today I was on a call and been send all over because each department that I land in does not do the process. Mind you all of them are within the credit card department. The last one was the authorization department for credit cards and they told me that they do not do the process. She said she will transfer me again to the relevant dep. Why do they take soo long to close an account yet take so little time to open one and give you loans. All they did was to transfer me constantly. You don't deserve even one star
