FNB CANAL WALK, OUTSTANDING

FNB Frontline Manager Antonio Pereira and Service Consultant *****do Gwija at the CANAL WALK BRANCH , omw there are No words in the dictionary that one can use to describe the BEYOND Excellent, Exceptional and Empathetically Services or more HELP that I received from these two employees. To sum up a long story, I was requesting help from FNB for almost a year by going into the branches, telephonically and App banking and was continously told that I could not be assisted with my requests. One day I decided to do go to my nearest branch as stated above and requested to be attended by the Manager and the abovementioned gentleman stepped in and asked me how he can be of help. To my utmost surprised, he listened Empathetically, he then got his Service Consultant (as mentioned above) involved to assist. These two employees, OMW went above All my expectations and requests to assist me and more than that, did what I asked and suggested more services that would be to my benefit. After seeking assistance for almost a year if not more, I left the branch on that day feeling extatic, extremely Satisfied and almost had a tear of gratitude. Look should you need assistance from well equipped, efficient, effective and reliable assistance from FNB, get these two employees to assist you. The were well knowledgeable of what, how and mostly what needed to be done for the benefit of satisfying myself as a long standing client. I wish them Health to their hands, and may many others who seeks help comes across their path, as you WILL not be disappointed. Well done, Thank you and God bless you.
