FNB CAN NOT DO A INTEREST CALCULATION IN 17 DAYS

Please refer my report on Hello Peter 17 January regarding interest on my credit card account. On Monday 18 January I received an e-mail response from CSR stating that my complaint had been escalated to the relevant department high priority ref ***. I should have been contacted by a consultant within 24 to 48 hours ! It is now Friday 22 January and I have had no feedback.
