Fnb can keep a arrangement.
We have a Loan with Fnb but we are are late woth a payment so we made a arrangement with them to pay the arrears in 6 months time.But they dont keep th e arrangement because everytime a little money go in the account Fnb take it after we made a arrangement for.them to take money on the 25th of every month.We want the money back they took this morning.

You did get back to us thank you for that but we still wait for the refund of the amount you debited from our bank account you phone and said within 48 ours and it is now 4 days later and still nothing can you please fix it
