FNB can go sleep

I recently switched to FNB but what a mistake I have made. Firstly the consultants at the branches are *********** and unwilling. There one consultant even told me she cant switch my debit orders, I will need to. I did switch myself after numerous advertising on FNB helping you switch campaigns. There after my accounts were set up incorrectly because a consultant opened more than one account. Then I struggled with the online banking. I am now struggling to get an added product and I almost know nothing about FNB because I have things like ebucks which I dont know how to use. My husband then also switched and had the same awful service. He said he wouldn't want to bank at FNB EVER. There is no consistency and not one consultant can say the same thing about the same product. There was even a consultant who rolled her eyes when we asked for help again and she asked who helped us the first time. I read an article that FNB didnt increase the fees because the CEO wants to focus on service. Maybe FNB should learn a thing or two from another bank. I now have to move back to my initial bank because I dont know if I can takr anymore bad service. The only decent thing about FNB is the call centre agents but even they dont say the same things. I would love for one person to call me and tell me that FNB is not that bad and then show me.
