Fnb can do better than this

App**** for a new credit card using the app. 11 days later, I am still waiting for the card to be delivered. The courier company they are using, DSV mounties, is totally useless. I don't know why fnb is using. I request the card to be delivered at an fnb branch at a mall. DSV can't do that. Really frustrating.
