FNB can do better

I have had 5 "DECLINED FOREIGN T" attempts on my account in the last month, which is costing me R8.50 every time. I have no idea who or what it is, and no way at all to see more details or investigat it further. This is insane, any normal company will try the one day that you have given them to debit the account. How can FNB not see that this is happening on a daily basis, things like this should be automatically flagged and dealt with. I am horrified that they just let this continue.
