FNB can confiscate your company funds WITH NO REASON...if youre a BLACK SME

Why will WHITE Capitalism continue to be a natural enemy of BLACK SME sustainability?

Firstly Im a black business owner who travels Asia to source renewable energy supplies. I found value in cutting out local wholesalers and well it goes without saying that when a black entrepreneur becomes independent of the local white capitalism, you do become irrelevant to that economy.

This arrogant suffocation of the black SME economy is something we expect within the local white supply chain, but we will have to accommodate this kind attitude from private boards hosted by white bank stakeholders too. ‘How can we help OURSELVES with you,’ should be FNBs current tagline.

I have been investigated by an Asian country for allegations of ‘Confiscation of another persons Offense,’ for the past year or so. Keeping in mind that these investigations were of outside of South Africa and had no relevance to my renewable energy company. During this time and for the past 15 years I have had personal accounts and business accounts with FNB, but only after 3-5months into such ‘investigation’ did FNB decide to terminate my relationship with them.

Rightfully so, FNB is no holy grail of banking either, so they are free to decide who or what kind of demographic they entertain. Why I am flagging them out for is that their internal filtration processes have become so ambiguous that not only did they fail to explain their reasons for banning me, they also confiscated funds from my business account thereafter claiming I have withdrawn them when in fact I had not used the account since 2022. It is February 2024 and I have been acquitted at the state court level and after an appeal against this decision I got acquitted again at a high court level.

Obviously FNB would not know any of this as they are disinterested. They had already convicted me 8 months before an oversees court would've come close. This indeed is why I am warning you, there's always a silent supremacist ghost behind that branding and that’s what FNB has shown me and many others who have no voice to speak.

When a country is at mercy of Capitalist system we will see credit ************** advance against the powerless. We will see internal policies override legal procedures, we will see no consequences to radical capitalistic measures and it will also be difficult to challenge these giants as they are and continue be legal bullies.

Where am I today? I am gracefully banned from relations with the bank ofcourse My request for an explanation was met with a template of their right to proceed with such policy measures under no obligation to explaining whats informed it. My request for company funds to be returned was met with a demand to providing first another account under the same company with different bank. No options to withdraw cash were accepted as that would be personal and require such expected accountability My compliance with this measure was met with a weeks worth of non accountability to what had transpired. Nobody could detect ‘who’ had made such a decision nor what ‘that person’ would've done with those funds as they had vanished. When I revisited the branch on the 14th Feb 2024, this trail of events could not be detected bt their system nor by business account management department consultant; Fiona Pillay and her manager could not determine what was in my account before the funds were moved. Today I have requested a clear breakdown of the funds before termination, both debit and savings and this was met with a POP of incomplete funds. NO NAME nor EXPLAINATION of how they got to this amount was availed. No bank statement would be accessible under their radical ban of-course

What we are talking about here is not a personal account, it is a business account. For an organization to do as they please with a company account leaves us with questions of whats next. So NO, I don’t write for **** empathy. I don’t write for FNBs hypocritical intervention, they already have displayed dis concern. I write to awaken a black owned SME from such naivety, it’s a gamble and the house always wins.

Dear black SME; beware, you actually don’t matter. Dear Systems of Governance; beware, the capitalists are running your country.

Good Day

Thanks for the public relations image polishing response aimed at portraying FNBs concern with whoever else reads this.

As far as I am concerned however, I know there is no concern let alone accountability.

Why does it not show who did this on your system?
When you respond 'thanks for bringing this to our attention' who is speaking now from which department?
Why am I not being given reasons that follow such a radical decision?
Why am I not being satisfied with proof of funds when this operation was conducted?

These are questions I have been asking and whichever BOT I am relaying them to at least the business management department never feels the need to entertain them.

Regards

Today it's 07 March and here's an update of FNB 'Business Clients' Public Relations flattering message that went as follows:

"FNB (First National Bank)’s reply

With the above evidently being a generically hypocritical "Dear Valued Customer" copy and paste, it's time to inform such ****** institutions that we are no longer fooled by brand sensitive, image concerned but **** sense of urgency engagemetts. I am updating the public due to future concerns that go as follows:

1. I was banned by a bank without any explanation on the reasonable causes nor legal grounds.

2. It is a black owned business account that was so negligently mishandled

3. No FNB Branch employee nor department consultant or manager could track what had happened to the funds, nor was there report on who had made such a radical decision to both ban and confiscate company funds

4. No FNB Branch employee nor department consultant or manager could track how much the funds were when the accounts were closed. Even when I enquired on closing balance

5. I was being dodged and handled by department ghosts and deceptive mediators who don't answer questions but make direct account to my concerns

Today I am concerned for another black entrepreneur, a black owned SME and a black pensioner who think putting their money under white owned banks is safe. We are not safe, certainly not in the hands of FNB. Af ica cans need African banks who value African interests & not just white dividends coming from African interest value.

As you can see above, we are merely reference numbers, don't be fooled business or employee. One day your bank account will just be a wasted reference number.
