FNB can clearly not issue bank guarantees

After banking with FNB for about 20 years it may be time to change banks. I have never dealt with such inefficiency from a banking institution. Do not even try to purchase a property via bank guarantee - I have app**** for such over a MONTH ago and am now in breach of my sale agreement as FNB has still not issued the bank guarantee. I could lose this property all due to FNB's complete inefficiency. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS! Countless emails being unanswered, the call centre does not even know what a bank guarantee is neither do the branch or branch manager. No one can do business like this.
