FNB can clearly not help me

I will probably get nothing out of this, but if this helps someone else then I''ll be glad. Firstly I asked FNB to help me just to skip ONE month's bond payment, I didn't succeed because of the reasons that they gave me, which was that I wasn't on maternity leave as YET. We then tried to apply for our future use amount on our bond, which today was declined, because of affordability. And then the consultant told me that it's also because I'm going on maternity leave. What does the fact that I'm pregnant have to do with my future use amount of my bond? Yet FNB is willing to increase my credit card limit to some ridiculous amount which I will never be able to afford, yet they can't give me ONE month debt relief of my bond. Our house has flooded twice in 2 weeks, we have damages and our insurance isn't paying all and a baby on the way, and now I ask how FNB can help me? It looks like they can't always help.
