FNB Can be a waste of time - I should have not referred my clients

I refered my fiance to FNB, asked her to cancel her Std bank account where she had a credit card and an overdraft but she was not using them. It's been more than 3 months that she's with FNB premier bank now and she is always declined when applying. I wish I had not advised her to join this bank...
