FNB can and will not help you

FNB and Telkom have done it again. Another month where FNB allows Telkom to take money from my account and charge for bank charges. Even though I have set a stop order from my bank not to allow Telkom to debt from my account but still FNB allows it and still charges me. What do I need to do to be properly assisted. I have been to Telkom and consult did say I do not have an account with them. I have done investigation on my side to prove that this debt order is unauthorized but FNB still gives Telkom the platform to make these transactions. If I am forced to close my account I will do so if that is the only way this can be solved.
