FNB Campus Square

I am really Disappointed with First National Bank Campus Square. On the 29th of January 2020 I went to FNB campus square to renew my expired card. Once at FNB the guy that gives out the counter tickets tried to convince me to come on a different day due to the waiting period being 13 minutes. I told him that will not be a problem because I took off from work. All went well after that. Friday the 31st of January 2020 I received a SMS stating I can go and collect my card. So on Saturday the 01st February 2020 I went to FNB early the morning around 09:30 once again the guy at the door that gives out the counter tickets advised me the system is slow and the waiting period is long and there was only one lady at the counter and the bank was full of people. Note I do not mind waiting but being chased away as a customer is very rude. Due to this I did not receive my card. I cannot use my card because it expired. I am working most of the time and this Saturday was the only time I could collect my card on time. I am very Disappointed with this branch.
