FNB Campaign empty promises

FNB phoned me in regards with a campaign to switch my account from Capitec to them and once my first salary goes in and debit orders go off that account, i will be credited with 2000 rand on premier account. So i did the switch from capitec to fnb, what a disaster , after my first salary went in and debits went off i tried to contact them via the app to chat with banker only to get disconnected continiously, i phoned numerous times and i am being transferred from this banker to that banker and eventually disconnected. They are welcome to check my records, this is the worst service i have ever experienced besides not getting my promised 2000 rand from their campaign. I am so negative and regret switching my banks, i never received this kind of pathetic service from Capitec bank. They will need to sort this issue as my next step will be the ombudsman. I phoned again this afternoon, hold on for an hour and was transferred six or seven times before being cutt off again.
