FNB call centre USELESS ! costing me money

I called the premier chq division call centre about three months ago I wanted to know how I can close an account the agent told me they can log it and it would take a few days to be actioned week later I call back again and I was told they will log a query as to why it hasn't been done and get back to me a series of 4 of those calls later and months of bank charges and the account is still open !!!
