FNB Call Centre Unhelpful Unknowledgeable

I called in to *** to change my debit order date that was set incorrectly however i was transferred another agent where she blatantly put down the call. The call wait times are long and every time they have an attitude and extremely unhelpful. The agent i spoke to didnt know what she was talking about.
