Fnb call Centre terrible service

Such pathetic service from the call Centre at FNB, been trying to speak to someone regarding unblocking my one of my accounts that was incorrectly blocked due to potential *****. Been transferred from one person to the next,then I tried secure chat, the agent says they cannot helpe and they cannot get someone to call me back, the try calling again the automation service refers me to secure chat and ends the call!!! unbelievably terrible service. I am Yet to resolve my issue, fnb you cannot be so delayed in a fast moving world! Your call centres need to change!
