Fnb call centre is the worst

Fnb call center is the worst i have called several times without assistance.Every month Fnb's debit my account twice causing me to me to be charged R115 twice on my accounts.When i call their call centre they keep on transferring me to different department and i dont get any assistance.Even if you stop a debit order tha debit order still debit on my accounts .I have been banking with fnb for more than 20yrs but im considering closing my account because of this.I even tried to doengrade my account to a cheaper one but they have not downgrade it.
