Fnb call centre home loans.
I have an existing home loan and want to apply for break in payment for January as I'm struggling. They keep wasting my airtime forwarding me to home loan collections where nobody answers . I'm so angry I don't know what is this service for. I'm tried in app as said in their introduction of call centre. But self service is offline always.

24 Dec 2023, 08:11Good day, I am actually very disappointed that after years of paying my home loan I cannot get a simple payment break without basically applying for credit again cause that's what the application looks like. Meaning ill again get rejected as I app**** for credit but failed Cause of the situation I am in. Now I have to apply again for credit ad motivate why I need a payment break..I hate banking systems..it's only for the benefit of the organization..never the client. I cannot get a payment break as it's again appying for credit. Just to have that payment holiday for only 1month. So sad .if I apply they will decline. 😤💔
