Fnb call centre does NOT work

Declined Foreign T ####### has been going on for months. I didn’t really check it but now that I did it’s been taking out 8.50 each time. That isn’t the problem though The problem is trying to stop it and fnb keeps telling you a different department can help but no one actually does. Until someone says they have escalated it but still nada. Fnb call centre = useless
