FNB Call centre circus
Call centre fiasco. FNB has gazilions of 087 numbers and you wait 12-15minutes to get an agent only to be told you're in the wrong place! Get your act together. Not only that WITHOUT my instruction you remove my accounts from my personal internet banking profile and now i need YOU to get permission to reinstate.... Circus.... Keep it simple FNB.

24 Aug 2020, 09:08Still NOT resolved and still no success. HOW do you use the app for two different internet profiles? Standard Bank can toggle between Business and Personal.... HOW does FNB expect me to do that?
