FNB Call Centre and Payment Reversal is Very Inefficient and Ineffective.

I mistakenly transfered money from my Cheque Account into my personal loan account named FNB Smart Spent Loan.I was transferring it to the Savings Account so i mistakenly chose the Smart Spend Account.I tried to call the call center to reverse it since its a payment not a debit order as a result it cannot be reversed online.I spoke to the digital department, loans department and collections department and shockingly the employees do not know who can help me.They all refer me to the other department. This is a list of people i spoke to Tshero, Wisani, Theo, Tshepang, Goitsemang , Sphumelele and Christopher (In that order) and no one was able to assist me or even knows who can assist me or how. They all referred me to each other for about two hours and half hours

In the writing of this review on the 01/11/2018 Thursday and i haven't paid my rent as i was paid laid.I am trying to explain to them that this is an urgent matter as i need to pay my rent by tomorrow which is Friday 02/11/2018 but both the urgency of this and the knowledge of the process are of no importance to all the people mentioned above.

This is really disappointing even at the writing of this message i have not received any help.
