PLEASE BRING THE HUMANS BACK! FNB CALL CENTR ALL CENTRE IS NOT WORKING! Does anyone else have trouble getting assistance from FNB? I am a Private Client and is supposed to have a Private Banker, but for two months now I have been trying to get assistance from every possible contact in FNB. I have phoned, sent emails to every possible email address I could find. Apart from the automatic reply, nobody gets back to me. I am so frustrated that I can scream!!
