FNB CALL CENTRE AGENTS UNPROFESSIONAL

I am disgusted to say the least by the terrible service that I have received from your so-called call centre consultants!!! I have been calling since last week to get assistance with arranging a payment plan and I have been taken from pillar to post. Your agents are so unkind and unprofessional, they do not listen and they just rush to transfer calls. I have spoken to Mpho in LOANS, Makhadzi on Secure Chat and many other consultants who did not assist even after I was advised that they should be able to help. Can someone call me ASAP to sort this out because I am so frustrated by this and I have spent time and money trying to get help.
