Fnb call center the worst
Guys FNB call center consultants are just ridiculous, I mean not all of them I'm sure but I always go through to the rotten apples and I'm just over FNB, Last week I wrote an article cause their consultants were rude to me and today I called at 12:55 and the consultant at the premier division purposly transfered me to another department without even attempting to assist me, knowing very well they close at 13:00 and now I have to wait for Monday, ridiculous ?

17 Jul 2021, 13:21And I would really appreciate it if I don't receive calls from the call center management apologizing on behalf of the consultants, we've already been through that on my previous complaint, just get your house in order, Don't only coach the consultants we complain about but rather coach everyone or we will keep going back and forth
