FNB Call Center Roar Side Assistance -NO Assistance

The service I got today, is the worst ever. I called the call centre, ********** . and I have been transferred for the past Hour. no one seems to be able to assist me. The road Side assistant Call centre is NO help. ALL I want to do is Change a debit order date, that went off Today, I was advised to call on the actual date it goes off on. NOW I cant seem to get that done.

Do I need to just close it and Stop using FNB... because its Frustrating, to get a change done, what if this was a claim, will I Experience this hell.

I ended up by a lady named OLGA - ********** who refused to give me her surname (Because she is the Only Olga in her Department) Emergency Dept -- What Nonsense is that? -- she is in the Emergency Dept But cant assist

What sort of people does FNB hire if they wont even give us their names or even send us to the right people to assist

I want cancel this Road Side assistant Cover. Clearly ill have it worse if I Ever need Assistance
