FNB call center call forwarding

Encountered a problem with a PayPal payment and didn’t find a solution online. Called FNB because problem seemed to be on their side. Call center said they can’t see problem and will transfer me to someone who can or may. Ring ring...another call center how can I help you? I was helped until my airtime ran out. Was called back from Ohio in the US. Problem solved, all airtime gone. Fact is, I never dialed that number and wasn’t asked if I want to be transferred to a number in the USA. That’s just ***....don’t you think so too?
